We don’t chase symptoms, we reset the system so healing can finally happen.

Meet Dr. Aschenbrener
Dr. Daniel Aschenbrener is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience treating sports injuries and complex joint conditions. He completed his fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital, where he served as a team physician for the Detroit Lions, Red Wings, and Tigers.
He later became a lead orthopedic surgeon for a major Arizona hospital system before a shoulder injury ended his surgical career. What he didn’t miss was the bureaucracy — what he did miss was helping people heal.
Having undergone more than 15 orthopedic surgeries himself, he knows exactly what it feels like to be the patient — and he brings that perspective into every evaluation.
Stepping outside the traditional medical model, Dr. Aschenbrener expanded his expertise into regenerative medicine, advanced laser and light therapies, craniosacral work, peptides, and nervous-system–based healing. His mission now is simple: help people avoid surgery when possible and find effective, accessible alternatives.

“I’ve seen what surgery can do, and I’ve lived through what it takes to recover from it. My mission now is knowing when surgery is truly necessary and, more importantly, helping people avoid it by giving the body the right tools, environment, and support to heal itself.”

Meet Tresha, CEO
Meet Tresha, CEO
Tresha Baldwin, PT, built and led a 20-location physical and aquatic therapy organization before successfully exiting the company. Years of clinical leadership in orthopedic rehabilitation gave her deep insight into what traditional physical therapy does well — and where it stops short.
Rather than accept those limits, she expanded the model. She immersed herself in regenerative medicine, advanced light and laser therapies, and nervous-system–based approaches that address the layers of healing often left untouched.
Today, she brings orthopedic experience and regenerative strategy together to create outcomes that traditional models rarely achieve.

“Pain isn’t just something in the tissue to fix, it’s a pattern the body is stuck in. When you address the nervous system, the emotions, and the energy underneath the injury, the body remembers how to heal on its own.”

“After 20 years in emergency and surgical care, I’ve learned that the body heals best when the system is properly primed. I’m here to apply that clinical rigor to regenerative therapies that help you truly thrive.”

We focus on preparing the body with light, laser, peptide therapy, movement and nervous system alignment. When the body is primed it knows exactly how to integrate stem cells and other regenerative therapies.
